From a full kitchen with all the necessities, to individual climate control in each room, we thought through all the details to make your stay comfortable. Payable entirely by credit card, with all the necessities like electricity, WiFi, premium cable, and on-site gym.

The 42nd Street – Port Authority subway and bus station is steps away, offering quick and easy access to every neighborhood in New York City and beyond.

  • What is the minimum and maximum stay?
    To qualify for extended stay rates, the minimum length of stay is 30 nights. We can offer terms of up to one year, and the longer you stay, the more you save!
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    To receive a full refund, please cancel 28 days (4 weeks) prior to your arrival date. Late cancellations will incur a penalty of the first month's rent.
  • Are utilities included in the rent?
    Yes! Electricity, WiFi, telephone, and cable are all included in your rent.
  • What is included in the rate?
    Rates include all utilities: electricity, WiFi, phone, and cable, as well as access to our onsite gym. There are no additional taxes or fees. We collect a $1,500 refundable security deposit at time of booking.
  • How can I schedule a tour?
    Visit our scheduling calendar to select a date for a video or in person tour.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We take payment by credit card, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Is housekeeping provided?
    Housekeeping is an add-on service that can be arranged for an extra cost.
  • What are your rates?

  • What paperwork is required? Can I reserve a Pod Pad as an international guest?
    We do not require any complicated paperwork. Reservations are secured by signing a simple, one page lease and submitting payment for the first month and refundable security deposit.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes, we allow one pet per unit, under 25lbs.
  • Do you charge any fees?
    We collect a $1,500 refundable security deposit at time of booking. This is returned at move-out pending inspection of the unit
  • Are there laundry facilities?
    Yes! We offer a laundry room, gym, and indoor / outdoor lounge for residents only.
